VAX Vacation Access is a Web-based tool that enables travel professionals to book vacation packages
of thirty-four travel industry tour operators/hoteliers 24 hours a day.

VAX Classroom Training Course - V101

ITI’S VAX Course - V101 (Three (3) hours duration) is designed for:

• Individuals NEW to the travel industry (as owner or employee) desiring a classroom training regimen in lieu of only self-training tutorials.
• Home based agents who prefer a more concentrated course with instructor -guidance and fellow student discussion
• A more concentrated time frame for learning to use VAX

V101 Course Outline-

• Intro & assignment of User ID’S*
• Researching Package information , availability and pricing

• Researching Travel Vendor info
• Researching vacation destinations
• Searching for Promotions & agent incentives
• Modifying reservations
• Tracking reservations
• VAX Air intro & discussion
• VAX Cruise intro & discussion

*Agents may use their own User ID’S and Passwords if already assigned by VAX, Host Agency or Agency, otherwise, a temporary User ID will be issued.

*includes Binder, Training Material & Quick Reference Sheets, and use of ITI computers

Cancellation/Refund: $15 Registration Fee non-refundable. $30 Tuition cost refundable up to 3 days
prior to class start date. Tuition non-refundable if cancelled within 3days of class start date.

Payment Method: Deposit - $15 payment required to confirm class participation. Final payment due
five days prior to class start date. Credit Card or check (if check is received five days in advance of
class).
