Classroom Training Course – 2016

ITI’S TBEO Course – V101 (Three (3) hours duration) is designed for :

Individuals NEW to the travel industry (as owner or employee) desiring a classroom training regimen in lieu of only self-training tutorials.

Home based agents who prefer a more concentrated course with instructor -guidance and fellow student discussion

A more concentrated time frame for learning the basics of the following Tour Operator Booking engines: VAX – Vacation Access

V101 Course Outline –

Intro & assignment of Temporary User ID’S*

Overview of selected booking engines

Researching vacation destinations

Researching Travel Vendor info

Searching for Promotions & agent incentives

Researching Package information , availability and pricing

Modifying reservations

Tracking reservations

Email records to customer

*Agents may use their own User ID’S and Passwords if already assigned, otherwise a temporary User ID will be issued.

*includes Binder, Training Material & Quick Reference Sheets, and use of ITI computers

Cancellation/Refund : $15 Registration Fee non-refundable. $30 Tuition cost refundable up to 3 days prior to class start date. Tuition non-refundable if cancelled within 3days of class start date,

Payment Method : Deposit – $15 payment required to confirm class participation. Final payment due five days prior to class start date. Credit Card or check (if check is received five days in advance of class).
